1 Definitions & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the 999zz platform ("Platform", "Site", "Service") and its users ("Members", "Players", "You"). 999zz is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

Key terms used in this document: "999zz" or "we" refers to the entity operating the platform; "Account" refers to your personal profile registered on the platform; "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) deposited in your account; "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted by 999zz.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and replace all previous versions. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you acknowledge these Terms as legally binding.

2 Eligibility & Account Policy

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To use the 999zz platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. 999zz may request identity documents or other verification at any time to confirm your age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be permanently closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to update your details promptly whenever any changes occur. Providing false information may result in account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and to prevent any misuse of your account. Allowing any third party to use your account or transferring account ownership is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are supported for depositing funds into 999zz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposited funds are generally reflected in your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team. 999zz accepts only legitimate payment methods and does not accept deposits through third parties.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be sent via the same method used for the original deposit.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals. 999zz reserves the right to review any withdrawal request to prevent fraud. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in cases of incomplete or suspicious information.

3.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Any liability for taxes or other government charges is solely the player's own responsibility. 999zz does not provide any tax advice.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

999zz offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 (twenty) times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which is stated in the offer details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after wagering requirements are met are withdrawable.
• If fraudulent betting patterns aimed at exploiting bonuses are detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 999zz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

999zz is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which guarantees impartiality.

5.2 Betting Rules

Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. For sports betting, if a market changes after a bet is accepted, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules. Bets placed on abnormal odds announced due to a technical error may be voided.

5.3 Live Casino Rules

Maintaining general etiquette while participating in live dealer games is mandatory. Inappropriate behavior toward the dealer or other players may result in account suspension. If an internet connection is lost, the outcome of an ongoing game will be determined by the system.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using bots, automated software, or hacking methods to access the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to gain an artificial advantage by abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or attempting to breach security measures.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without 999zz's permission.

7 Privacy & Security

8 Limitation of Liability

999zz provides its services on an "as is" basis. 999zz accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or disruptions to third-party services.

Participation in gaming is entirely at your own risk. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be considered a source of income. 999zz will not be held responsible for financial losses.

If a game session is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or a power outage, 999zz will determine the outcome based on system logs, and that determination will be considered final.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by 999zz

999zz may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or age.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.

9.2 Voluntary Closure
